Requirements:
1+ years experience with technical customer support (product companies preferably)
Good spoken and written English
Trading (Front-Office) Application Support experience is a must
Financial industry knowledge is a must
The following knowledge and skills will be a plus:
Basic SQL Server and Transact SQL skills
FIX protocol knowledge
Experience with product functional testing
Other key attributes include to be self-motivated, an ability to take responsibility and be prepared to learn fast.
